House washing on the Northern Beaches

Living near the coast means salt spray, sea mist and constant airborne grime. Over a couple of seasons that film turns into black mould streaks along your eaves, green algae on shaded walls and a dull, tired looking home. Our soft wash system lifts it off at low pressure.

How we wash a house

  1. Walk the property with you, note problem areas and check surface types.
  2. Pre-wet gardens, cover sensitive fittings and set up safe access.
  3. Apply the soft wash treatment and let it break down mould and salt film.
  4. Rinse top down at controlled pressure and detail the trouble spots by hand.

What's included

  • Low pressure soft wash safe for render, weatherboard, Colorbond and painted brick
  • Mould, lichen and algae treated at the root so it stays away longer
  • Eaves, gutter faces, downpipes, window frames and cobweb removal included
  • Plants protected and rinsed down before and after every wash

Will pressure washing damage my render or paint?

We don't pressure wash house exteriors. Soft washing does the cleaning chemically at garden hose pressure, which is why it's the recommended method for render and painted surfaces.

How often should a Northern Beaches home be washed?

Most coastal homes look best on a yearly wash. Heavily shaded or beachfront properties often need it every eight to ten months.
